If there’s one thing that I’ve learned from doing craft fairs, it’s how personal people’s experience of fragrance is! Someone’s favourite might be far down the list for someone else. Christmas fragrances are always more evocative though, I try to pick perfumes that remind you of happy Christmas memories, fresh pine needles, spicy cinnamon, juicy oranges - I even make one that smells just like the butter cookies in a blue tin, the tin that was always a very disappointing sewing kit by May!! It’s been a busy week! I’ve finally taken the leap and launched my candle workshops. Three dates in the diary for this year, with four classes. Starting on 24th October. Up to now classes have been privately booked or demos, this time I’m running small group classes at Coteys near Biggleswade. You’ll get tuition and everything you need to make and take home scented soy candles, as well as a drink. Plus Coteys will be serving food so you can make an evening of it!
